Swab Orders

YOU HAVE FULL PORTAL ACCESS!
In most cases, you will use two swabs per patient, one for the CGx test and one for the PGx test. There is only one swab in a "Kit". The minimum we are allowed to ship from the lab is 10 kits. You may order as often as you need kits. Please order enough swabs for the next week, not the next month!
Please be aware that though there is no charge for a swab order, you are financially responsible for these kits at $8 per kit. If we see that you are not using them you will be asked to ship them back to us.

Any order of 25 or more kits will require an explanation of why you are placing a bulk order. Once the lab sees that you are submitting the kits back into the portal they will be more willing to send you larger orders in the future.
