I will be testing "Zoom" as a new solution to our update calls.  Please free to attend a "Test Run" on Wednesday 4/29/20 at 7 pm EST.  This meeting is strictly a test, however, I will be happy to answer any questions you have at that time.  Please be patient, with the new system I do not know exactly what to expect as I test the admin features to determine if this is a viable solution moving forward.

- Medicare Part B 

          AND

  Advantage Plan PPO - BCBS PPO (Only in Florida), Cigna PPO and POS, United Health PPO

      DME - Medicare Part B Only

      PGx  - Patient must be on two medications for two different conditions.  Max age 80.

      CGx - Patient must have had a personal history of cancer.  

                         AND

               - Patient must have 2 family members with history of cancer.  Max age 75.

               - Add any supporting family history that is available.​ 

​

- Medicaid - CO - Others pending, see list below.

      PGx  - Patient must be on two medications for two different conditions.  Max age 80.

      CGx - Patient must have had a personal history of cancer.  

                         AND
